Millau Viaduct
The beating heart of tourism in Aveyron
The Millau Viaduct is the most spectacular link along “La Méridienne” (France’s A75 motorway), which in linking Clermont-Ferrand to Montpellier and Béziers to Narbonne, makes for the smoothest and least costly route between Paris and the Mediterranean. You’ll be able to admire it from the Brocuéjouls, a former farm accessible from the D911 and by following “aire du Viaduc”.
Take the time to visit this new viewing platform from which to admire the sublime, panoramic views of the viaduct. Here you can try the famous “capucins” created by Michelin-starred chef Michel Bras at the gourmet area, or learn all about the viaduct and its construction at the Expo area of the Eiffage company, whose interactive and dynamic museum area will astound you with its 220 m² of technology and images.
